Who we are

Mammoth and Mint Education Ltd ("we", "us") runs a Russian-language club for bilingual children in South East London. You can contact us at info@mammothandmint.com.

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your child's name and date of birth
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your message and programme interest

We do not collect any data automatically (no cookies, no analytics).

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you enrol, to manage your child's place in our programme. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry you sent us).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. If your child enrols, we keep enrolment records for the duration of their attendance plus 12 months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payments are handled directly by Stripe — please see Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at info@mammothandmint.com and we will respond within 30 days.
